  • Abstract
    The wind power is complement to fossil fuels, which has the characteristics of clean, green and renewable. The paper reviews the properties of wind power from the generation and conversion of wind-power generator. Based on the analysis of wind power, we conclude that non-grid-connection theory is a solution to wind power utilization.
