Abstract :
There is higher vegetation cover in southern China, So, the smaller altered target, the smaller scale remote sensing data and other negative factors affect the mapping precision of clay alteration minerals. However, the clay alteration is closely re elated to the uranium mineralization. To extract the clay alteration information in vegetation coverage, The paper chooses the uranium ore field of Tao Shan as the research area, takes the ASTER data for the data source and designs the technology program to extract the weak clay alteration information based on the method of Mixture Tuned Matched Filtering (MTMF). Furthermore, the paper presents a new method for extracting the reference spectrum based on the RBD-PPI. By test of paper, the information extraction result achieves the high consistence with the known deposits, and the important alteration abnormal points have been proved in the field. The result shows that the method in this paper achieves the satisfactory result, the ideas and technology in the paper could provide reference to clay alteration information extraction in vegetation cover of other areas.
