Abstract
Aiming to examine whether team member´s emotions can be intervened by changing the level of communication and psychological empowerment, a two multiplied by two experiment with scenario method was carried out. The result is that when communication and psychological empowerment levels change respectively or jointly, team member´s emotions differences are significant. The conclusion is as follows: The improvement in communication or psychological empowerment improves team member´s emotions; The effect is more significant when communication and psychological empowerment affect team member´s emotions jointly.
