Abstract :
Under the deteriorated condition of environmental issue and resource crisis, low carbon economy that stands for low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution become the mainstream in the future. So the manufacturing enterprises should operate in a low carbon way to acquire the competitive advantage. According to the analysis of this paper, the low carbon operation model consists of low carbon ordinary administration management and low carbon production management. Based on these two dimensions this paper builds the low carbon operation model of manufacturing enterprises. In the operation model, daily administration and production management are the main contents. And the concrete operation of daily administration dimension includes low carbon administration, culture and management system. The production management can be divided into low carbon procurement, low carbon production, low carbon marketing and low carbon product handling.
