After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

At the end of 2008, the Central Government of the PRC implemented four policies in the forestry industry against the financial crisis. This paper, based on the analysis of the impact made by the financial crisis on China´s enterprises of forest product processing and export, analyzes the effects of those policies. It suggests that the U.S sub-prime lending crisis has brought about an awkward situation in China´s forestry industry. In view of this, the Central Government has taken various measures of increasing its investment in the forestry industry, boosting domestic demand, promoting employment, adopting the policy of tax rebate and discount interest, relieving the burden of the forestry enterprises and etc. All the efforts proved to be rewarding and the situation of the key export enterprises has been turned around.
