Abstract :
The Bohai-Rim region, including three Provinces of Liaoning, Hebei, and Shandong, and two cities of Beijing and Tianjin are discussed. In accordance with the endowment of wind power, the type of land cover and indicators of the built and planned construction of wind farms, and taking 10km times 10km as the basic spatial unit, this paper evaluates the suitability of the construction of non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration in Bohai-Rim region by the approach of grid analysis, and identifies 5 levels as highly suitable areas, relatively suitable areas, moderately suitable areas, inferiorly suitable areas and unsuitable areas. Based on the research above, this paper discusses the development objectives of the 0.185times108 kW wind energy capacity of the Bohai-Rim region, and the corresponding objectives of energy saving and pollution emission reduction. Besides, this paper puts forward the assumption of constructing the non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration and high-energy-consumption and low-coal industrial agglomeration in Bohai-Rim region. These agglomeration regions include the non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration area of the middle-south of Liaoning province and the Liaoning peninsula, the non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration area of the Shandong peninsula and the non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration area of the northwest of Hebei province. Finally, this paper discusses the strategies to construct the non-grid-connected wind power industrial agglomeration in the areas mentioned above.
