Abstract :
Within the context of the global environmental crisis and the bio-energy crisis, countries across the world are all actively developing wind power equipment and exploring their own wind resources. China is rich in wind resources, and its wind power industry is now developing quickly; however, there are some drawbacks in the wind power industry policy, resulting in lagging efficiency for wind power industry development. By briefly introducing the development of wind power in foreign countries, this paper introduces the current situation and polices of China´s wind power, discusses the deficiencies and shortcomings in its development by descriptions on it, and makes several policy suggestions. This paper focuses on the policies and channels of investment and financing in the wind power industry, discusses the current investment and financing policies on China´s wind power industry and further discusses the ways to improve it. It discusses the channels and development directions of investment and financing from the domestic and international perspectives, and makes several suggestions on the issues such as investment and financial credit.
