Abstract
We offer completely symmetric model of an active linear quadripole, defined by S-matrix of an active element The model is intended for transistor structures description and makes it possible to define parasitic elements, which have been introduced into microwave circuit due to transistors assembling. The linear model provides the good coincidence of calculated and experimental S-parameters in wide range of frequencies. The model can be used for design of broadband power microwave amplifiers on transistors.
