Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework to evaluate electronic-business (E-B) capabilities using a latent content analysis. Using the interviews to top managers of firms which applied E-B through different ways as our research contents from some popular websites, the paper identifies three E-B capabilities, namely E-B strategy capability, E-B managerial skills and E-B technology resources, which are further measured by 23 items. At last we conclude with a discussion of the results and the limitations.
