Abstract :
In the informational platform construction of meteorological operations, there are a lot of exchanges and accesses to data in different platforms. The article is to design an interface function to achieve transfer and access of cross-platform data, and to suggest corresponding solutions to the existing concurrency issues. It also provides a complete implementation of reference samples to program and transfer the interface function in different platforms. The implementation is successfully applied in practical projects and the design provides a successful program to the similar problems in the future.
