The key project improvement management, as the main tool approach for continuous improvement of enterprises´ system variability, helps the enterprise enhance performance management and guarantees the company´s products to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Through the analysis on the problems in the key project improvement management implemented by private enterprises, this paper advances some suggestions on the key project improvement management for private enterprises and highlighted the effective ideas and methods to implement the key project improvement.
