Nowadays, it becomes a heated topic that how to develop the enterprise´s core competitiveness with knowledge management. In this thesis, theories of core competitiveness and knowledge management have been utilized to analysis the relationship between them. Through the case of the company named LDK, the importance of improving core competitiveness by developing knowledge management has been explained and therefore presents the unique insight on the development of core competencies.
