Abstract
The cumulative effect of air pollution could be caused by the factors of time accumulation, space transfer, weather conditions and new air pollutant resulting from chemistry reactivity of several pollutants. In order to analyze the control strategies of the cumulative effect of air pollution, the analytic network process (ANP) is embedded into SWOT for a best quantitative alternative. Finally, an example shows the practicability of the new method on the cumulative effect of air pollution.
