Abstract
A neural network is designed and tested for prediction of the planning target volume in radiotherapy from the shape of the detected tumor. The proposed neural network is able to generalize a doctor´s knowledge and to predict the planning target volume from a 3-dimensional image of the detected tumor. The first results are presented
