The knowledge management of post technology M&A integration has increasingly become an integral part to realize an enterprise´s technology innovation strategy. Based on the analysis of the relevance between enterprise technology M&A and its innovation activities, the article starts with the explanation of the interrelated elements of enterprise knowledge management system and the construction of knowledge management process, and then the article proposes three kinds of classification patterns for enterprise knowledge integration management according to different types of technology M&A in order to provide some suggestions with higher pertinence for the knowledge management of the post technology M&A integration.
