Abstract
This paper takes on the information tactic of enterprise from the angle of management subdivision, analyzing differences among enterprises using information technology for realizing informationization and bring information tactic into effect. The page points out the fact that modern enterprise bringing information tactic into effect is carrying through knowledge management, and further think that it is in need of the 3 Cs (CEO, CIO, CKO) to help to practice the information strategy. In this way, it can make the management more scientific, more professional, more valid, and attain the purpose of enhancing the core competence of the enterprise. Even if the enterprise´s information level is not high, it should consider establishing the CKO to subdivide the business of management, then increase the whole enterprise´s efficiency and intelligence.
