Abstract :
New design and results of testing of a broadband microwave tunable delay line are presented. A tunable delay line on the basis of microstrip broadbanded directional couplers and tunable reflective terminals with ferroelectric film planar capacitors was created. The delay variation of 1 ns over frequency range from 1.8 GHz to 2.2 GHz was exhibited.
