Abstract :
Under a dual driven force of institutional rationality and economical rationality, the factors influencing external knowledge transfer between nonprofit organization and enterprise are studied by using survey to selected 312 valid respondents, and the empirical result shows mission and responsibility matching, context of knowledge transfer, knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge disseminative capacity should significantly influence the performance of knowledge transfer between them, while their effect of knowledge characteristics is not significant.
