Abstract :
The G18 module is proposed in this paper, which is used in an automatic meter monitoring system for accessing GPRS traffic from GSM network under control of a micro-controller. The principle of system, design of the hardware circuit, the control method of the single chip computer and GPRS module and the application of G18 module in this system are introduced in detail.
