Abstract :
In the paper, a intelligent system was proposed. It consists of variable converter and intelligent controller. Variable reactor which concludes variable reactance converter and power converter has wide applications in the soft starting, speed controlling of blower, water pump and the energy conservation. Based on the fuzzy control and variable reactor, the system with intelligent controller makes the voltage or current of secondary winding in the reactor changed the reactance value of the primary winding is also changed. Then the input voltage of the street lamps is changed too the optimal operation of energy saving energy experiments show that the intelligent system of energy-saving and controlling street lamps can significantly improve the street lampspsila electricity efficiency and improve the rate factor in energy, balancing the output power. Nowadays, while is conservation and rational utilization of power resources, the device has a very broad social and business prospects.
