Abstract :
Estimation of admolecules dissociation rate under electron strike was made for tunneling electron microscope conditions. Two types of excitation processes were discussed: the stepwise vibrational excitation up to dissociation limit and the excitation to unstable and predissociation electronic states. Both types are available under "potential whirlpool" conditions. The second type is available without "potential whirlpool" conditions too.
