  • Abstract
    Combining with the actual situation of project management for Fengcheng Power Plant Phase II Expansion Project in Jiangxi Province, this paper used Logical Framework Approach for partial evaluation of the project management, and used Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for comprehensive evaluation of the project management. In the process of partial evaluation, the indicator systems of post-evaluation was established, which according to the management objectives of investment, quality, progress, safety and environmental. The five indicator systems laid the foundation for comprehensive evaluation. The results of the comprehensive post-evaluation can measure the overall level of project management, and can be used as performance standards or reference.
