  • Abstract
Microwave dielectrics have been manufactured by a conventional ceramics process. The effects of Bi/sub 2/O/sub 3/ and MnSO/sub 4/ additives on the microwave characteristics of BaO/Sm/sub 2/O/sub 3//4.67TiO/sub 2/ ceramics have been investigated. The microstructure of the BaO/(Sm/sub 1-z/La/sub z/)/sub 2/O/sub 3//5TiO/sub 2/ (x=0.1/spl divide/0.3) ceramic system has been studied.
