Abstract
Monitoring the content of the oxygen in the environment is very important due to the oxygen level having severe effect on human life. Through high-energy ball milling and screen-printing techniques, 40°C operating temperature for SrTiO3 oxygen gas sensor was obtained. It is much lower than that of the conventional SrTiO3 oxygen sensors above 700°C. This is significant for application of semiconducting metal oxide oxygen in medical, environment and domestic fields.
