Abstract :
The compact electromagnetic pulse generator based on a high-voltage (above 150 kV) repetitive pulse source capable to deliver /spl sim/200 mJ energy to the capacitive load of 13 nF capacitance is described. The generator is a modified Hertz dipole combined with a chargeable forming line.
