Abstract :
A measurement method of capacitance and inductance based on 16 bit MCU is introduced in this paper, it uses LC oscillatory circuit, signal processing circuit and MCU resource to produce the signal and measure the frequency of it, and convert the frequency to the value of LCR. The measure result is showed in the way of liquid display and voice broadcast. Finally, the error of result is analyzed and solve problems. The instrument make things convenient for the students.
