After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Studying the traditional functions of power supply enterprise management mode, this paper redesigns the system of project-oriented management for power supply companies, sets up a projected-oriented management system for power supply companies with a ternary structure. It will improve the modern enterprise management system, and fully upgrade the level of modern management.
