The Study and Exploration on German Dual System for Counselor´s Long Distance Training Mode

According to the contents and situation of Chinese counselors´ training, this study explores German dual system for counselor´s long distance training mode combined with German dual system of vocational education mode. After that we set up the teaching platform, counseling platform and supervision platform for counselors. We also establish the courseware of expertise and skills, as well as other resources which match the requirements of counselors´ growth system. The kind of training mode has achieved good results and found a new method for training counselors.
