  • Abstract
    E-business is developing rapidly around the world with the modern electronic information technology. Compared with other countries, however, E-business in China is still on the underway stage. One of the main reasons lies in lack of a good legal system in regulating the information asymmetry, which impairs the credit heavily in the market. Therefore, it is very necessary to embark on the research on the reasons cause the information asymmetry. This paper tries to find the reasons and provide some effective suggestions in resolving the problem.
