Virtual Organization Project Management Capability for Large Scale Engineering Project

Virtual organization is the normality of the organization of large scale engineering project. The concept of virtual organization project management capability (VOPMC) is proposed. The dimension of VOPMC includes process, organization and content. Project management should cope with standard problems, systematic problems and complex problems. The VOPMC has three stratums: standard management capability, systematic management capability and complex management capability. VOPMC is integrated, hierarchical, dynamic and harmonious capability. VOPMC perfects the theory of organization project management capability.
