Abstract
The human capital and intellectual capital are the capital forms of the core competence of the corporation. The human capital is divided into four parts: human capital of entrepreneur, human capital of administrative, human capital of technician and general human capital. According to this kind of division, evaluation indicator system of core competence is established. From the point of human capital, the appraisal model of core competence of corporation based on the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is made.
