Abstract :
Structural equation model is constructed to discuss the interaction between affecting factors of safety management capability of coal mine. Fundamental data is acquired from questionnaire of coal mine worker. 20 factors in all classified into four layers: worker, team, firm and environment are extracted in questionnaire. Taking factors of worker layer as endogenous latent variable, taking factors of team, firm, environment layers as exogenous latent variable, structural equation model is constructed based on them.
