Abstract :
“Introduction to Food Science and Technology” from Tianjin University of Science and Technology has been selected as National Bilingual Demonstration Course in July 2009. In combination with the practice of building up the site, this paper discusses how to construct the course website, improve its quality, and exert its influence.
