Abstract :
Through the investigation of HRMIS in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, this paper analyses the principle of designing, the path of development, the functional structure, the implementing measures, and its application prospect, and then put forward the suggestion about the outline of the construction of HRMIS in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
