Abstract
A resettable magneto-optic static detector provides a unique way of detecting electrostatic discharge (ESD) events for products being handled during manufacturing processes. The device is sufficiently small so that many of them can be packaged in a single integrated circuit (IC) for simultaneous detection of ESD events at different terminals.
