Quality management is one of the most important fields in supply chain research. Many researchers do much research in bi-echelon supply chain based on the game theory and they have had much achievement. On the basis of the premier research, the paper applies the principal-agent theory to do research in the quality contract arrangement of multi-echelon supply chain under the double-sided moral hazard.
