Abstract :
Based on the large-span spatial structure of Ordos´s airport terminal of the extension project, a set of construction process and key technology for large-span spatial steel structure was discussed in detail, including elementary assembly on ground, segmental hoisting, overhead unit connection and curvilinear accumulated sliding. A set of multi-stage construction analysis method was put forward. Through FEM numerical simulation and analysis of the whole erection process, the construction sequence was adjusted and the pre-deformation was set, and a satisfactory practical outcome was achieved consequently.
