Abstract :
In the past few years, with the information technology development and the application of streaming media technology, teaching forms break the restriction of time and space. Internet plays an important role in e-learning. The e-learning courseware will influence the quality of study, even in the future development of distance education. Therefore, how to measure the quality of e-learning courseware becomes increasingly important. Based on the theory of customer relationship management, the paper analyzed quantitatively the customer satisfaction of the e-learning courseware.
