Abstract :
With the rapid development of internet and the network applications´ increasing popular in each field of universities, web application security issue becomes one of the main factors that constraint the development of the internet. Access control is an important part of security service. It integrates closely with identity authentication, encryption and other factors. This paper expatiate the design concept of roll based access control and discusses core object-oriented design model of rights management system and other key techniques of authority access and control.
