  • Abstract
    Analog fuzzy controller and its components circuit design for control applications are presented in this paper. There are three main building blocks for analog fuzzy logic controllers: Membership function circuit, fuzzy inference circuit and defuzzification circuit. This paper proposes fuzzification circuit which can be generated triangle and trapezoidal membership functions. In this work we also present multi-input Min-Max circuit which is the main component of fuzzy inference step. Finally the DFC circuit presented in this paper that uses center of gravity method based on voltage follower-aggregation circuit. The simulation results of 0.35 μm technology are provided by Hspice and are given.
