Abstract :
After literature review from both at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the knowledge-sharing mechanism under e-commerce environment, and then, it clarified the drivers of knowledge-sharing under e-commerce eco-system based on the knowledge transfer spiral model (SECI). Finally, it proposed countermeasures and proposals concerning how to build a knowledge-sharing system under e-commerce environment.
