Abstract
Based on PLC, and aiming at the operating characteristics of a ball mill, a new kind of fuzzy-neural decoupled control system is presented. The control system, which is simple, is easily implemented and is fit for the control of complex multivariable systems like ball mills. Simulation results show that the control system has good performance and more robustness. In practical control engineering, it can improve the reliability of tube mills and decrease their power consumption.
