Abstract :
It is my great pleasure to present the IEEE PerCom 2010 PhD Forum. The Ph.D. Forum provides an opportunity for Ph.D. students to present their dissertation research, including work in progress, to the pervasive computing and communication community. The Forum is organized as a poster session to encourage interaction between Ph.D. students and researchers from academia, industry, and government. This is the third edition of this successful event.
