Abstract :
Jining City is one typical overlapped area of coal mining and agricultural production in China. As a result, many prime farmland has been destroyed by mining subsidence. This paper adopted location entropy method to evaluate agricultural production status of Jining city in Shandong province and the whole country. On the basis of mining subsidence prediction to the end of Year 2020 and Year 2050, mathematic model was established to quantitatively evaluate the influence of land subsidence on agricultural production status of Jining city. The study conclusion showed that on the existing mining scale condition, in Year 2020 land collapse would result in the comparative advantage lost on agricultural production, which is extremely disadvantageous to the regional food safety.
