Abstract :
The paper aims to help the enterprises deciding whether or not go into a new market and analysising the project risks and ecomomic feasibility in this economic market, which information has not openness totally. The paper also explains how to determine based on the fuzzy mathematics research about using the method of circulation on the fuzzy mathematics to make the decision and the situation.
