College students´ entrepreneurship is more and more playing a role in the capital economy, but is still in the initial stage and many problems cry for solutions. This paper firstly analyses status quo and characteristics of capital college students´ entrepreneurship, and studies existing problems through investigation and empirical research, finally gives suggestions and countermeasures for improving entrepreneurship environment to create a suitable social atmosphere for college students enterprising activities.
