Abstract
The paper develops rules for proper setting of measurement control parameters in automatic impedance matching systems assuring optimal autotuning and correct display of mean values of incident, reflected, and absorbed power in situations when magnetron is modulated by high-ripple anode voltage and, in addition, the applicator input reflection coefficient periodically varies, e.g. due to the presence of a mode stirrer.
