The Impact of Communicating Media on Group Decision-making Process and Outcome: An Experimental Study

Abstract :
The paper reviewed literatures on group conflict and GDSS and put forward 3 hypotheses. The result of experiment shows that under computer-mediated condition, more task conflict will be generated and perceived decision performance is higher than in face-to-face condition.
