Abstract :
This paper using the weather station data in rural surroundings which have been not changed near fifty years, and applying the statistical method of serial correlation and inclination rate to analyzes the trend changes of environmental temperature and accumulated temperature in the Western Liaoning rural area. This research providing the proof of climate change study, describing the climate characteristics and evaluating climate and eco-environment of rural area. The results showed that, from 1961 to 2010, the temperature and accumulated temperature of the rural area in the western Liaoning is rising trend of the volatility, and consistent with the environment, in which the increasing range of the daily maximum temperature is the most significant, the daily average temperature is moderate and the daily minimum temperature is not significant. The inclination rate of the annual average temperature is 0.143°C/10a in nearly fifty years, the increased trend is 0.7°C; the inclination rate of ≥10°C is 35.29°C·d/10a, the increased trend is 176°C·d. Terrain and location for climate change also have differences. The increase of temperatures in the surrounding cities is 2.6 times more than that of rural area in the Western Liaoning.
