Abstract :
In this paper we have designed and implemented a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) based on the single positive CMOS second generation enhanced current conveyor (CCII+) using a standard low-cost CMOS technology. The proposed circuit is fully characterized by both simulation and measurements.
